1. The personal data voluntarily provided by the customer in connection with his order shall be used exclusively in compliance with the provisions of the Austrian Data Protection Act.

2. Personal data of the customer will only be collected if and to the extent that the customer voluntarily discloses to the provider when using the online shop. The following data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you.
