1. The personal data voluntarily provided by the customer in connection with his order shall be used exclusively in compliance with the provisions of the Austrian Data Protection Act.
2. Personal data of the customer will only be collected if and to the extent that the customer voluntarily discloses to the provider when using the online shop. The following data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you. The customer agrees to the transmission of his data upon conclusion of the purchase. A data transfer to third parties generally does not take place. The processing and passing on of data to third parties only takes place if this is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship between the provider and the customer. For example, data can be transferred to the following third parties: credit card data to the processing bank institutes / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to manufacturers for the processing of direct deliveries (e.g.: guarantee case), to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, to the IT company operating the web shop, and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations. If necessary, the customer will be contacted prior to delivery in order to coordinate the delivery details.
